JENIMED360 is easy to use. All you do is TAP the most appropriate response on each screen you are on, then select the NEXT BUTTON to move on to the next screen.
JENIMED360 will send you TWO (2) NOTIFICATIONS:
(1) A message to log into the APP in your phone’s NOTIFICATION CENTER
(2) A RED DOT in the upper right-hand corner of the JENIMED360 Icon
Both NOTIFICATIONS will be cleared when you complete the day’s task.
INTERACTING WITH JENIMED360: JENIMED360 is easy to use. All you do is TAP the most appropriate response on the screen you are on, then select the NEXT BUTTON to move on to the next screen. Once you make you your selection, it will be highlighted in BLUE.
If you are required to watch a video, read a document, or visit a website, interact with the APP as you normally would when watching a video, reading a document, or viewing a website on YOUR phone. When you have finished, return to the MAIN screen by selecting the X in the upper left or right corner of the phone’s screen. When you return to the MAIN screen, click the NEXT button to move forward.
After you have moved to the next screen, you CANNOT go back.
If you do not complete your interaction, or close the APP by mistake, no problem, JENIMED360 saves all your responses in real-time. Log in again, and select NEXT to get to the screen you were last at. You will see your prior responses on each screen highlighted in BLUE.
OPENING THE APP: Open our APP by tapping the JENIMED360 ICON on your phone. This will take you to the LOG IN SCREEN.
LOGGING IN: On the LOG IN SCREEN enter the credentials used to create your account: last name, email address, and date of birth then tap the LOG IN button. Use your biometric log in if you have enabled it.
WELCOME SCREEN: after logging in you will be taken to the WELCOME SCREEN. The welcome screen provides information about your treatment plan, procedure, and a message from your doctor.
POPUP MESSAGES: If you receive a popup message on the WELCOME SCREEN, acknowledge by selecting the appropriate response.
START BUTTON: tap this button to begin an interaction.
NEXT BUTTON: tap this button to move to the next screen.
LOG OUT BUTTON: tap this button to exit the APP.
JENIMED360 works just like your phone. Scroll up or down by keeping your finger on the screen and sliding it in the direction you want the screen to move.
Answer a question by tapping the most appropriate answer presented. You can only select ONE answer. You can change your selection before moving to the next screen. After you have made your selection, tap the NEXT button to move forward. Once you have moved to the next screen you cannot go back to the previous screen.
If you are asked to take a picture, follow the instructions provided.
You will always be asked to take TWO (2) PICTURES.
Make sure all pictures are well focused and capture the entire treatment area.
Start by reading the INSTRUCTIONS provided at the top of the picture screen and then tap the TAKE PICTURE 1 button to open the CAMERA. Take the first picture. If you are satisfied with the picture, select the USE PHOTO on iPhone or OK on Android. If you want to retake your picture, select RETAKE on iPhone or RETRY on Android, and retake the picture. You can retake the picture as many times as needed. When you have a picture you are happy with, select USE on iPhone or OK on Android.
Do the same to take PICTURE 2.
When you have captured both pictures select the NEXT button to move on.
If you are asked to watch a VIDEO, make the appropriate selection by tapping it, and your phone’s VIDEO PLAYER will open within the APP.
The VIDEO will automatically start playing. If it does not start playing, you can start the VIDEO as you would normally start a video on YOUR phone.
When you are finished viewing the VIDEO, close it as you normally would on YOUR phone:
IPHONE: close the VIDEO by selecting the WHITE X in the UPPER LEFT corner of your phones screen, then select the BLACK CIRCLE with WHITE X in the UPPER RIGHT corner of the BLANK screen to return to the MAIN screen. TAP the NEXT button to continue.
ANDROID: tap the RED CIRCLE with WHITE X in the UPPER RIGHT corner of your phone’s screen to return to the MAIN screen. Tap the NEXT button to continue.
If you are asked to visit a WEBSITE or a WEBPAGE, tap the appropriate selection and the SITE or PAGE will be opened within the APP. Navigate the SITE or PAGE as you NORMALLY would. When you are finished viewing the SITE or PAGE return to the MAIN screen by selecting the (X) in the upper right-hand corner. TAP the NEXT button to move on.
If you are asked to visit a DOCUMENT, tap the appropriate selection and the DOCUMENT will be opened within the APP. Navigate the DOCUMENT as you NORMALLY would. When you are finished viewing the DOCUMENT return to the MAIN screen by selecting the (X) in the upper right-hand corner. TAP the NEXT button to move on.
